"Initiating Business" Project
Creating job opportunities for new immigrants and the orthodox sector who report regularly at the Israeli Employment Service
Dear entrepreneur,
The opportunity to grow, become self employed and establish a successful enterprise allows you to make yourself a private income and reach economic independence.
The Small and Medium Enterprise Authority, Mati Ashdod, the Israeli Employment Service and the Entrepreneurship Department at the Ministry of Immigration and Absorption have joined together to assist you in establishing your new business. Your rights at the Employment Service will be retained during the training period.
Those are the services proposed to you when you enter the entrepreneurship training program:
1) Primary consultation for the business idea assessment
2) Participation at the Business Management Course, 50 academic hours (including 10 hours of empowerment)
3) Feasibility study and a primary application to one of the financing funds
4) Preparation of a business plan for fundraising from one of the philanthropic funds.
5) Participation in the Coaching Project - a consultant assisting the entrepreneur all along the way in the process starting the new business
Entrepreneurs interested in joining the project may approach Mati Ashdod or the Employment Service in Ashdod (We strongly recommend to go first to the Employment Service in order to verify eligibility before contacting Mati).
